The Cloud received one of the lowest scores on our tests of quality due to its thin feel with hard plastic seats, and a design that is dated. It is also more expensive than other lightweight strollers. This is a bad choice for those looking for a budget option.
Although it's not the lightest double stroller, it does have enough features to be worth a look. Its swiveling wheels make it easy to maneuver it on flat surfaces. It can also leap over curbs without much effort. The Cloud's low handle is a disadvantage however, as it's at knee height, and not adjustable. It's not easy to push while your legs hang like that. The lack of padding does not make it any easier.
During testing, we found that the Cloud was easy to set up and opened. To close it, it's a bit more difficult. You need to slide the slider, and then press the large white button. It can be quite frustrating particularly if you're trying to keep track of kids while doing it.
The Cloud comes with a tiny but spacious storage basket. It can fit an enormous diaper bag. The basket is a bit narrow and you may have to leave something in there to reach the back. The Cloud includes two tray for parents and a child tray each with two cup holders. But both are too small for larger bottles or cups.

Jeep Destination Ultralight SBS
Jeep Destination Ultralight SBS is a lightweight and minimalist double stroller that is great for traveling. It weighs only 18 lbs, which is lighter than many single strollers. and it folds flat for easy transportation and storage. It also has independently reclined seats and large all-weather SPF 50 sun visors with large windows with peekaboos and under seat storage bags. The visors are adjustable to accommodate children of various heights. It also has a one-step linked parking brake and is Disney-sized certified.
The swivel wheel of the Jeep is also great for maneuvering over bumps and uneven terrain. This stroller doesn't accept car seats. Your child must be at least six months old and have a strong neck control in order to use the front seat. The stroller comes with an umbrella sun canopy with three panels and each seat comes with its own cupholder and snack tray.
Valco Baby Snap Duo Trend is yet another extremely light stroller with a side by side. It's heavier than the Kolcraft Cloud Plus, at 23 lbs. However, it's smaller and smaller (26.5 inches wide!) and is packed with luxe features that make it ideal for travel. It is easy to fold, is very movable and can fit in the overhead compartments of airplanes and trunks easily.
Like the Summer Infant 3D Pac CS+ Double and Mountain Buggy Nano Duo, the Joovy Kooper X2 is another tri-fold ultralight double stroller. It's quite similar to the Jeep Destination Ultralight SBS, however, it does have some distinct differences. It's also slightly more expensive, but it offers more maneuverability and a larger sun canopy. It comes with a handy carrying strap and can accommodate children who weigh up to 44 pounds per seat.
